Rules of access to / from the Data Center room

  1. Only responsible persons (over 16 years old) are allowed in the Data Center room. Those who are not responsible for entering the Data Center room must have the consent of USDC TECHNOLOGY Board of Directors or the Head of the Direct Management Division and must be supervised by NOC staff (OPERATION LEVEL 1).
  2. Costume neat and polite.
  3. Close the door when entering and leaving the room.
  4. Devices, tools, tools brought into and out of the Data Center must be registered and approved by the NOC (OPERATION LEVEL 1).
  5. Not to freely enter individual shoes into the room; Use only footwear provided by the NOC (OPERATION LEVEL 1) department.
  6. No smoking, eating, littering cause unhygienic in the room.
  7. Do not bring into the room fires or items which may cause fire, explosion or weapon.
  8. Do not enter the Data Center room drunk.
  9. Do not enter the Data Center room when people or clothes are not dry.
  10. Do not arbitrarily perform any operation without the consent and supervision of NOC staff (OPERATION LEVEL 1).

Responsibilities of Customers / Partners

  1. Compliance with internal rules of Data Center room.
  2. Must have ID and Email to register the Customer’s appointment in the Data Center.
  3. All operations related to the operation of Customer’s equipment need the supervision of NOC (OPERATION LEVEL 1) employees.
  4. Carrying out the delivery of equipment with NOC (OPERATION LEVEL 1) personnel when installing equipment or installing equipment at the Data Center.
  5. Not arbitrarily manipulating, connecting, moving machines, equipment, cables, power sources or filming, taking pictures in the Data Center room without the consent and supervision of NOC staff (OPERATION LEVEL 1).

NOC staff responsibilities (OPERATION LEVEL 1)

  1. Checking and verifying related procedures when Customer / Partner requests to enter Data Center.
  2. Monitoring and recording all information related to the Client / Partner, the time of entry and exit, the work performed when the shift is transferred.
  3. Having friendly, welcoming and caring attitude to Customers / Partners working in Data Center room.
  4. Report to the USDC TECHNOLOGY Board of Directors or the Division Manager directly when related incidents are out of their control.
  5. Check all status of equipment, cabling system, refrigeration system, lighting system … after the Customer / Partner finishes the job and leaves the Data Center.
  6. To be responsible to USDC TECHNOLOGY Board of Directors and Head of Division for direct management of all Customer / Partner activities when working at Data Center.
