This provision governs customer and supplier activities related to the use of Virtual Private Cloud / Virtual Desktop Infrastructure / Disaster Recovery as a Service / Backup as a Service and Object Storage.

Pay - Refund

  • USDC TECHNOLOGY’s commitment to quality after-sales service while protecting the best interests of its customers. Except as otherwise specified or specifically agreed, USDC TECHNOLOGY is happy to refund the costs you have paid for unused portion of the service within the contract term, only if you are unable to use it. The service is usable due to the fault of USDC TECHNOLOGY or the fault of the related product / service provider, including:

o Interruption of use due to a technical error.

o State authorities require USDC TECHNOLOGY to suspend or temporarily stop providing services to you.

o Due to the direct influence of objective events (force majeure events, wars, strikes, coups)

o USDC TECHNOLOGY is decommissioned, closed, bankrupted or discontinued.

o USDC TECHNOLOGY fails to fulfill its agreed obligations.

1 / Payment method - refund

If you stop using USDC TECHNOLOGY services after the event of being unable to use the service for the reasons mentioned above, USDC TECHNOLOGY will refund the fee you have paid us in proportion to your time. use the service (if any) minus the percent discount with the number of months Party A has used in that charge cycle that Party A is entitled to because of prepayment.

Change of Service Package

In case you want to change the specifications, packages, service packages of the service during use, please let USDC TECHNOLOGY via Email support@usdc.vn or Hotline. After receiving the request, we will upgrade and update the package content. The new fee will be applied from the time USDC TECHNOLOGY notifies you of changing the service at your request.
